Brilliant, light pink colour with many, fine and very persistent bubbles

The bouquet is highlighted and pampers us with perceptions of red apple, blood orange, currant, and raspberry. A hint of red rose is followed by a touch of nuts, a slight hint of caramel and toasted.

The taste is bone-dry, soft. Bubbles accentuate the flavour and leave a mineral, almost salty finish. It is an intense sparkling wine, medium-bodied with an elegant and persistent taste, which expresses in flavours of ruby chocolate, raspberry, and citruses.
